Virtual assistant using the IBM Watson cloud services.

To begin with this report, we must first know some small concepts that will help us better understand the functioning of the developed system.

What is IBM CLOUD?

IBM Cloud ™ is a solid set of advanced data and artificial intelligence tools, and extensive industry experience to help you on your journey to the cloud.



For the project that we have chosen we see 3 important services necessary to implement in our virtual assistant such as:

Speech to text:

The IBM® Speech to Text service transcribes audio to text to enable voice transcription capabilities for applications. This curl-based learning guide can help you get started quickly.

Text to speech:

The IBM® text-to-speech service provides APIs that use IBM's speech synthesis capabilities to synthesize natural-sound voice text in a variety of languages, dialects and voices. The service supports at least one male or female voice, sometimes both, for each language. The audio is transmitted back to the client with a minimum delay.

IBM Watson Assitant:

Watson Assistant allows you to create conversational interfaces in any application, device or channel.



IBM Watson ™ Assistant is a cognitive bot that you can customize to suit your business needs and deploy on several channels to offer help to customers wherever and whenever they need it.

Conclusión:

We have as a conclusion to have implemented a robot assistant quite useful for society, with the developed skills acquired throughout the cycle such as artificial intelligence.

A very important point to keep in mind is also the advance of artificial intelligence and its importance in our branch of study, its technological advancement and other aspects of this topic that we have to learn and develop as technology advances.
